I would like to become a coach, but I am still in my twenties, am I too young for that?
Age and experience are relative, though there are some clients who prefer to deal with an older and more experienced coach. Based on our experience, we find that people who have a certificate of competence and experience in coaching, have previously dealt with companies, and have experience of no less than five years achieve good success in training courses and coaching. The lack of one of these traits creates challenges in obtaining confidence and desired results from coaching, especially when dealing with higher levels of individuals and organizations.

ANDGROW coaching programs are internationally recognized, and they have an excellent reputation in the field of corporate training and leadership development in the Middle East and North Africa. One of its most important international accreditations is the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Where are the coaching programs offered?
We currently offer coaching programs in the Middle East and North Africa. Having coaching courses requires that attendance be face to face in one of the countries in which we offer these courses.
I am already an expert coach, so does having "Certified Coach-Level One" (TOCo1) mean repeating a lot of the material I have already learned elsewhere?
It is unlikely that this will happen; this is because ANDGROW programs provide a unique framework for coaching in general, and executive coaching in particular, and this is not offered by any other program as far as we know. The first level presents the foundations of executive coaching and entering the world of organizations through its tools. It is an opportunity to interact with other ANDGROW graduates, and through it, vocabulary, concepts, frameworks, executive coaching, and all its tools are acquired, which provide a strong scientific and practical background for all coaching that you will provide in the future by with a very unique interactive training curriculum.
What is the style of training in ANDGROW?
Involvement in learning is our unique approach. No matter how one of us comes up with successful recipes from the best chef they know, then they memorize them and do everything necessary to master them, they will only master them when they enter the kitchen. If they learned them directly in the kitchen, it would be easier and faster as well. The best process for transferring and internalizing the skill of driving a car is to start driving straight. Therefore, training and accelerated learning start with applying and practicing directly, providing feedback, then reviewing, and finally applying and practicing again.
This is what distinguishes ANDGROW approach. It rescued the teaching and learning process from the traditional curriculum. It employed an innovative approach to learning; as a result, the gap between knowledge and application is closed, and participants leave the ANDGROW workshops and programs after they have acquired real knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace and in real life.
The more the psychological, emotional, physical, and mental situation is obsessed with science and work together, the more successful the learning will be. Also, the more a person has this habit, the more their time and place become a learning environment, and they immerse themselves completely in the state of learning, and they are called to seek knowledge, which is what we used to call "involvement in learning". Blessed be the one who said: "Knowledge is not called knowledge except when the heart is like the impression of whiteness in whiteness and blackness in blackness. Its mind thinks, its body executes, and its emotions are high.
ANDGROW`s coaching and facilitation approaches are based on in-depth educational research and theories. Adult learning theory, adult development psychology, e-learning, social learning, contemporary neuroscience, and accelerated learning techniques are all that we apply in ANDGROW. An ANDGROW learning environment includes information, hands-on activities, illustrative explanations, an emotionally constructive atmosphere, and meaningful conversations.
Why should you choose ANDGROW Coaching training programs?
There are several reasons to choose them. First, ANDGROW Coaches` programs offer high-caliber executives who are skilled in adult education. They serve as coaches in organizations in addition to providing training; therefore, you will learn about practical organizational coaching from their experiences and not only in theory. Most of our coaches have over 7,000 hours of experience in personal and organizational coaching, so they know what really works, and what doesn`t work.
The programs are based on clear frameworks and theories, and they are highly practical. Approximately 65-70% of the " Certified-Coach Level One" (TOCo1) program is coaching, so you`ll leave the training programs and workshops ready to start coaching.
Our coaching programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF); therefore, your degree is internationally recognized.
Finally, ANDGROW`s training focuses entirely on the organizational context where you learn coaching in the complex environment of organizations, taking into account all the factors that affect the person you coach. Without this understanding, coaching within organizations will be fraught with difficulties, but knowing how to deal with the complexities resulting from the three-way relationship in organizational coaching - a relationship consisting mainly of at least three parties between the coach, the employee, and the organization enables you to reach a solution to difficult issues such as confidentiality, boundaries, ethical dilemmas, and others.
What kind of people attend ANDGROW training programs?
Our training programs attract both experienced and professionals. These programs include both internal and external coaches, as well as counselors, specialists, and consultants who want to increase their skills and offerings, and most of whom have a degree or equivalent work experience. According to our various experiences, they all have one thing in common which is the desire to become exceptional coaches. They want to handle difficult situations with integrity, create relationships based on trust and harmony, want their personal values to align with those of individuals and organizations who receive coaching, and want their work and lives to be integrated and balanced.
What is the difference between Life Coaching and Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching differs from life coaching in that an executive coach trains their client within the entire organizational context. We teach our coaches how to think about the entire landscape in which their client is, with all the systems, culture and, organizational policy contained in that landscape. The second difference lies in the relationship. The relationship in life coaching is between two parties who are the coach and the customer, which leads to the emergence of a direct relationship between them, and the client always pays their coaching bill. In the case of executive coaching, the coachee does not usually pay for the coaching themselves because the organization does it. This complicates the relationship, which consists mainly of at least three parties, namely the coach, the employee, and the organization. So, the presence of this third party presents complex issues of confidentiality, ethics, etc., which requires the coach to be more aware of the limits and policies involved.
Having said this, both life coaches and executive coaches use similar skill. That is, if you train as an executive coach, you can use these skills to coach just about anyone.
Where will I find people to coach? Can ANDGROW help me with that?
First of all, we recommend that you provide coaching to your colleagues who are with you in the " Certified-Coach Level One" (TOCo1) program, which you will need to do to complete your degree. At the same time, you can also start looking for other coaching clients (paid or unpaid), but we advise you not to introduce it to people close to you or your family at the beginning of your journey. As you gain experience, you can start marketing your coaching services in the same way you would market any other consulting service. Networking of business groups and vocal testimonials about your business are often more effective compared to paid advertising.
If you have more experience in the field, you can join as a member of the ANDGROW member coaching platform, which provides many advantages that make you practice coaching according to the highest international standards and reach a wide community and a large segment of clients.
What are the frameworks on which the training of coaches depends?
ANDGROW offers its unique programs with a unique curriculum. It is based on the principles of positive psychology, adult education, and accelerated learning. We teach according to the “gold mining mentality” theory. When you train an executive, you want to mine for "gold"; which means extracting their core skills rather than focusing only on their weaknesses.
