Before the program (readiness)
The "Certified Coach - Level One" includes a comprehensive assessment of coaching skills and competencies, and the mechanism for drawing plans for developing coaches, whether they are internal or external. "Before the program" assessments include:
- Providing a detailed picture of the strengths through coaching and the level of competencies and skills.
- Identifying and clarifying the gaps and actual development needs to work on them effectively.
