Why should you train in ANDGROW?

If one of us comes up with successful recipes from the best chef they know, then they memorize them and do everything necessary to master them, they will only master them when they enter the kitchen. If they learned directly in the kitchen, it would be easier and faster as well. The best process for transferring and internalizing the skill of driving a car is to start driving straight. Therefore, training and accelerated learning start with applying and practicing directly, providing feedback, then reviewing, and finally applying and practicing again.
